The Story of One Barn FarmOver 40 Years in the Making

Thomas Rippon purchased the scenic estate over 40 years ago with the intent of enjoying the beautiful and unique countryside of Union County. Thom immediately gave it the name “One Barn Farm” and developed a vision and long-term plan to maintain the homestead as a colonial working farm while enhancing the ambiance by establishing a wildlife preserve, a wetlands habitat, and numerous natural design features and plantings to help the flora and fauna of Pennsylvania thrive.

Now, you have the opportunity to showcase in your life this unique, idyllic setting to hold your next event or celebration (or as Thom likes to say “fête” – a French word meaning “celebration, gala or elaborate party").
