Rates & Amenities


  • Extended use of the property from Thursday through Sunday, allowing you, your bridal party, and event helpers to relax and enjoy the preparations before, as well as the tear down activities after your event.

  • Use of our picturesque 90-acre estate grounds with your choice of locations for the ceremony, reception and other festivities.

  • Two hour scheduled rehearsal time the week of your event for booked wedding ceremonies and receptions.

  • On-site parking area with parking attendant for the ceremony and/or reception.

  • Chairs and tables for up to 200 guests. One Barn Farm staff will pull out and clean the tables and chairs needed for your event so they can be easily set up by your team of helpers. Note we typically provide white resin folding chairs for outdoor seating and white Chiavari chairs for indoor festivities. We have an assortment of 5’ and 6’ round tables, 8’ long tables and 5’ round half tables. We also have 12 10' x 4' handmade wooden barn tables. Additional tables and chairs for guest counts above 200 are available at an additional cost.
  • Golf cart/utility vehicle transportation (driven by One Barn Farm staff) is provided to accommodate guests with special needs and transport the bride and groom to various locations on the property for photos.

  • Venue Manager on site the day of the event to ensure the venue is ready for your event.

  • Access to the property for engagement photos


Rates are base rates for "typical" events consisting of one ceremony and one reception, with 200 or fewer guests.  Additional guests beyond 200 are $10/guest.  Please contact us for a custom quote for events with more than one ceremony/reception and/or with 226 or more guests.

Customizable Add-ons:

  • Rehearsal dinner: $400. Adds an additional two hours for dinner for a four-hour total rehearsal event for up to 40 people total. Additional guests are $10/person extra. We'll pull and clean tables and chairs needed for your dinner, ready for set up by your team of helpers. The price also includes our onsite Venue Manager and security staff during your event. Food, beverage, decor, entertainment, etc., not included.

  • Wooden arbor: $200. A gorgeous, rustic arbor for your ceremony and/or photos.

  • Additional chairs and tables, and/or Chiavari chair cushions. Contact us for details.

  • Patio heaters for use in the barn or outdoor areas are available to rent through One Barn Farm
