Your event is our focus
Instead of an 8-10 hour rental, One Barn Farm gives you the entire weekend: two days to prep, one day for the celebrations and half the following day to tear down.
With most celebrations occurring Saturdays, this means you have access to start prep/decorating on Thursday. You can also fit in your rehearsal Thursday or Friday. Saturday's the big day, then you have until noon Sunday to finish tear down.
If you're thinking of a Friday or Sunday celebration day, just shift the schedule to include two days prior and a half-day after.
You're the only event for us during that time! The property is yours exclusively!
With over 90 acres of boundless scenic beauty, One Barn Farm is the perfect location for your special day. The expansive property contains a spacious Estate Lawn (perfect for tents or outdoor/open air events, and can fit tents ), a classic Pennsylvania Bank Barn (seats approximately 200, depending on your layout), a warm brick Terrace Garden (great for smaller events or cocktails), two large ponds and many wooded locations throughout the property.
